Our group is trying every day to provide our patients with the best and most reliable services. Through our interdisciplinary action, continuing education and expertise we are always willing to provide the best quality care and cover all our patients’ needs.
In our effort for continuous improvement of the services we provide assurance of our patients’ safety we follow and apply guidelines and safety standards of specialized organizations that exist in order to ensure the quality of oncology practice groups like ours.
The American Society of Clinical Oncology (ASCO) includes such guidelines and standards in its quality assessment programs – the Quality Oncology Practice Initiative (QOPI®).
Although by operating in Greece we are not eligible to participate in these programs or achieve QOPI® Certification at this time, the fact remains that our clinic has registered for the QOPI program, expressing our interest in participation and we have integrated the quality metrics and safety standards from these programs in our clinic.
Furthermore in 2006, ASCO in conjunction with the European Society of Medical Oncology created a series of rules which guarantee inalienable patient rights. Our group respects and follows all the guidelines ensuring the security and quality of our services.
However the final arbiter is always our patients. The quality of our services can only be measured by the satisfaction of our patients and that is why from time to time we will be collecting standardized data concerning the quality of our services in order to monitor and evaluate our processes and our effectiveness.
Ιf and when you are asked by one of our administrative staff to fill out a questionnaire, always bear in mind that we are trying to improve our provided services and thus ensure the best quality care for you.
As we already said our goal is to always improve the quality of our services and to fulfill your needs. If however you do have a complaint or a suggestion, please make sure you let us know so we can improve our services.
